Care Alert is a subscription. You choose your billing period at checkout:

  • Every 3 months — $149.97
  • Yearly — $519.00

You are charged at checkout and then automatically at the start of each renewal period using your payment method on file, until you cancel. The price is always shown before you buy.

How to cancel — anytime, no fee

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, by any of these:

After you cancel

Your monitoring service continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate unused time after the first 30 days.
