We want you to love Care Alert. If it's not the right fit for your family, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions, no restocking fee.

How to return

  1. Email hello@carealert.co within 30 days of delivery.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label.
  3. Ship the device back in any working condition.
  4. Once we receive it, we refund the plan purchase in full within 5 business days to the original payment method.

After 30 days

Cancel your plan anytime and there are no cancellation fees. You keep the service through the end of the current billing cycle (monthly / quarterly / yearly). Prorated refunds of unused service are not offered after 30 days, but you can keep using Care Alert until the cycle ends.

Damaged or defective devices

If your device arrives damaged or fails under normal use, we'll replace it free of charge for the lifetime of your active plan. Contact hello@carealert.co with photos.
