Free standard shipping

Every Care Alert plan includes free standard shipping within the contiguous US. No minimums, no surprises.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after ship the next business day. You'll get a tracking email the moment your device leaves our fulfillment center.

Transit time

• Standard shipping (USPS or UPS): 3–5 business days.
• Express shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for a fee).

Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories

We ship to AK, HI, PR, and other US territories with an additional 3–5 business days in transit at no extra cost.

International

Care Alert currently ships and operates within the US only. The device's cellular service is certified on US 4G LTE networks and will not work outside the country.

Lost packages

If your tracking stops updating or the package doesn't arrive, email hello@carealert.co. We'll reship at our cost.
